Can you please help me?

My mom always gets sick before her period. And 2 weeks ago she got "sick" and then today again. But she hasn't gotten her period. Her stomach has been hurting more then nomal, she told me. She is 42 what is wrong? She is also having a pap test next week. Can you tell me whats wrong with her?

She could possibly have endometriosis. Could be any number of things. She needs to see a doctor.
