I think they are both the worst ever. HP trick you, Dell is said to be bad too.

I've only had experience with Dell... but it was AWFUL. The poor Indian reps are only trained in 1 thing. If you have questions involving more than THAT 1 thing... you're screwed. You'll be transferred and probably disconnected.
Not to mention I couldn't understand them... not their fault but frustrating just the same.

honestly, both are pretty crappy, both are based in india, both will transfer, if u wanted customer service based in america, your only option is apple.
