Yes, most Banks, all Bureaux de Change etc.

However (unless your Chequeing account is at the Bank where you ask for the Euro's) you will have to produce additional identification = they usually ask to see your Passport.

yes you can if you go to the post office that has euros.

me and a friend used to do it but maybe the post office has changed their method of payment. copanies are phasing out cheques
