There's always a chance you can get pregnant, any time of the month. Chances are better certain times than others. The fact that you're on the pill makes that chance of pregnancy very, very small, if you've been taking them correctly.

You said you were on birth control so I am not sure how you would get pregnant if you were on birth control.

There is a small chance you can get pregnant the first day of your period. Anything is possible. I don't want to say there is no chance. The way this can happen is because sperm can live inside your body up to 7 days. So if you ovulate right after your period ends (typically doesn't happen, but in can esp in young girls), then there are still sperm living inside you to get you pregnant.

If you aren't really on birth control, it may be a good idea to get emergency contracetion. If you are 18 and older you can get it at any pharmacy over the counter. Otherwise you can get it from any Planned Parenthood

A small one ... there is always a small one.

If you are on the birth control pill it is a very small chance. The pill should have prevented you from ovulating.

If you have been taking your birth control correctly then you are protected all month, even during your period.

Yes, you can. Moreover, sperm can stay alive inside you for several day trying to find your egg. Use protection or some form of contraception EVERY TIME, or you risk pregnancy.
