Yes, you can orgasm while masturbating... you can speed up the process a LOT if you get a vibrator. Any vibrator will do. You can come 5 times or more with it!
It's important to note, though, that the kind of orgasm you get from masturbating is really different from the kind you get from sex - the sex kind lasts longer and feels completely different. Each has its perks, though.

Some gals like to be talked to (chat time for example) when touching themselves. I have had a long standing relationship with a gal who likes me to talk to her while she touches.
