Whatever happens to fall into it.
When water evaporates, it doesn't take anything disolved into it with it. So when ocean water evaporates, it leaves behind its minerals. Clouds go up to land, and the running water carries minerals and other things from the land with it as it flows back to the ocean. Thus, the ocean is getting saltier all the time. In fact, your blood's salt content is thought to be similar to that of the ocean when animals first crawled out of the water, but the ocean is saltier now.
