He has no publicity because the media is run by a bunch of crooks who want to take freedom away from Americans because they gain off from it, and Ron Paul wants freedom for Americans. He voted against the Patriot Act, which lets the government spy on Americans every time it was voted on and he voted against the Iraq War ever since the beginning. Even Ronald Reagan said he would trust Ron Paul before most other politicans. Ron Paul is one of the most honest men left in Washington, if not the only.

I don't know that much about Ron Paul yet.
Allot of people that I talk to are impressed with him, republicans and democrats.
I think the RNC and the media are trying to keep him in the background. Can we all say "manipulation"?

I think he used to be in a rock n roll band back in the early 60's and possibly played with the late great Jimmy Hendrix.
He sported an afro and tye dyed bell bottoms and smoked and drank allot.
He claimed that he never inhaled the smoke he only 'pretented' out of peer pressure from the groupies.
Back in 1969 Ron Paul married a 17 year old girl that turned out to be a trans gender with an aversion to loud music so their marriage was short lived.
It only lasted an hour.
He later went on to tour around the world with 'The Rolling Stones', 'The doors' and 'Janis Joplin'.
But as the drugs took it's toll and everybody started dropping off like flies Ron Paul got scared and decided that maybe the music industry wasn't really for him.
So he admitted himself into re-hab for undisclosed addiction problems and went into business for himself selling herbal medecines on Haight street in San Francisco.
Ron Paul currently resides in a town house just off the coast of San Franciso and lives with his toy poodle (Cookie) who is tye dyed from head to toe and sips margueritas on his spare time while overlooking the waves along the coast.
He never re-married.
Can you blame him?

He is a Republican member of Congress. He is considered a libertarian, I think he ran for VP on that ticket a few years ago. He sounds very reasonable to me, I could vote for him, and I am a Democrat.

He is a nut case and if he does win the GOP nominations Hillary or Obama would win the presidency.
