It depends on a lot of factors. What position do you hold? Sometimes companies want to bring in their own management staff but keep the worker bees that already know the job and customers. Hopefully they will give you some notice as to the changes that may be coming. Ask your supervisor or management staff if they have any news!

Good question I work for a bank with a lot more employees and we are being sold and nobody knows here either.
just keep asking the boss eventually you'll find out like us.
