I have discovered that you can kill them real easily by swatting them with the BACK of your hand. If you use the front of your hand, the air compressed in the cupped hand blows them out of the way so you miss them, but if you hit em with the back of your hand you have a really high success rate, like 60 % or maybe even higher. Other than that, I will use a folded up magazine.
