Well first you have to belive that everything the media reports is true. Then you have to believe that the pollster took an actual cross section of American scociety. Personally I don't believe the media. Remember if you tell someone that the sky is yellow enough times, they will begin to believe it.

The 25% discussed earlier was corrected to the approval rating of Congress and Bush has a 10% lead up on them at 35%. If it got to 60% well, u know how they get here. Numbers mean really little. Just like the polls. Perfect example of distorted facts.

The poster had a question that contained 28% mentally challenged people who believe in Bush. Just another day of brilliance on Y! Answers.

I don't know... but there are some serious conservatives on here... I was getting a little worried my way of thought was more extreme, but I am glad to hear that's not true. Not that I have a problem with conservatives as people, I just don't want them running my country. :)

By the way, I am disappointed with the other side of this argument... when did we start settling for sub par, simply because we saw nothing better. Heard of the Green Party?

Even if you don't care for them... we all have to make a bold statement about government... go in and make your vote nobody... that'll get the message across.

The reason why the democrats and republicans have sooo much power is because everyone thinks if they vote for an independant, its a wasted vote.

Last I checked, the approval rating was 32%, and Congress' is 25%. You have your numbers mixed up.

As to the poll numbers and what you find, all I can say is nobody ever polls me or anybody I know.

I was watching a talk show where Ellis Hennican of Newsday was bashing Bush and using the polls as his support. One of the audience members stood up to ask a question and said to Hennican, "Don't refer to phony poll numbers! We all know those sampled come from Lower Manhattan and do not represent the nation like they say!"

All of a sudden it turned into a hate-fest for Ellis and he looked like he was scared for his life.

Yup ! Multi headed beasts roam YA just to spout their neo-nazi BS ! But if ya go back and look at the thumbs...you'll see the Bushbrains are a dwindling tribe ! All ya gotta do is post a bit of the truth and they fall all over themselves trying to find another mean & stupid thing to say. My feeling is that most of the worst ones on here are just kids not doing their homework ! In 2or3 years you'll see the same ones calling for the firing squad for the whole gang ! Just knowing that what we say gets'm so freaked, out makes YA a really fun place !

It could be that the polls showing that 75% of America are Bush haters are wrong.

Nah, just because the NY Times polled their own readers, that's a fair cross-section of America, right?

The company is called rendon. They work for Karl Rove's office. They pay posters to make it appear that there is more pro-bush sentiment in the land than there really is.

There are currently a whole group of ex-Rendon employees that are going to go public with the scam.

not fishy, its simply that liberal media bias in a free and open forum doesnt apply to that extent. oh dont get me wrong here, the pelosi/reid regime stillhas its backers, though most of the electorate has woken up. not fishy, just the reality of empty promises and failed tax and spend policies from the liberal extremists are setting in.
