Never

they're always overconfident, overrated and overhyped

I will not be around for EVER. But in my lifetime, I hope that they win it all.

I am a White Sox fan and I sure did not think with a team average of .230, we can win a World Series. The key is pitching.

Have the Cubs forget Woods and Prior and start drafting more pitching.

A) They should of never gotten rid of Corey Patterson
B) Pie looks like a solid 2nd hitter on the line up, so do not send him down or trade him either.
C) Soriano is my favorite player, so I am a White Sox fan walking around with a Cubs jersey ( I have faith in d Cubbies)
D) Hill CAN turn into a good pitcher. Once he has a bit more control, the K's will be there and the ERA will get better.
E) Mr. Cy Young Zambrano is the man. He gives it all when he pitches (ask Barrett).
F) PITCHING PITCHING PITCHING

Those are my comments about the Cubbies and how I hope they win before I die....

Mark Grace is Mr. Cubbie

Yes. Get a new stadium. Change the name from 'Cubs'. Ban yuppies. Move from Chicago. Work on baseball instead of image. Then, as the St. Louis Cardinals or the Boston Red Sox or any of about 27 other team names, there you are! They win!!!

Well of course they can. I'm sure Red Sox fans never thought they'd make it, but then 2004 happened.

But right now the Cubs don't quite have the pieces, despite all the money they threw around this last offseason.

Maybe next year!

All the way to what? No I don't believe so. In my opinion, I think they are at a disadvantage because they play most of their games at home during the daytime. Between all the traveling, the time differences, the daytime heat, it all comes into play. One question? When was the last time they were even in the world series.

Hey chicago freak....In the beginning of the year like all of us cub fans.I looked at the line uo top to bottom and said to myself,,,hell yeah...Alot of power there..But as usaul they get to our team and go dead...Nobody hitting for power and runs etc...Pitching hasn`t been that bad....

It could happen someday. This years team needed a solid
starting pitcher, and didn't get one, and overspent on Soriano.
This current team is still a few pieces short of making it to the
world series. Plus they're still making the same silly mistakes
from years past(Sending Felix Pie to the minors earlier!).......

They will win the World Series before their southside crybaby neighbors, the whiney sux, ever win again.
