"Here comes the *****!" It was an employee I was training...she made like it was a joke when she saw noone else was laughing she gave a phony apology.

Words lose their ability to be offensive,
when you've had as many different things
said to you as I have. Got to quit having
dinner with people who seem drunk.
One lady(I use the word loosely) stood up
at the table and shouted to her husband,
just as my date and myself entered the room....
"Get rid of those damn people!!" Needless
to say, everyone in the room, looked at us
the whole time we were trying to get seated.
It did make for some interesting conversation.

I've never heard anyone say anything offensive to me. Maybe they just talk behind my back. Ouch! What am I saying?

I work with the elderly and some of them have Alzheimer's, we hear many interesting,angry and fearful things when we visit.
