Marconi as in Guglielmo Marconi was the inventor of the wireless telegraph. The business he started is known as the the "Marconi Company". I've attached a link. If you meant macaroni, then yes. Macaroni is a type of pasta.
Trick question. Very clever.

I almost thought you made a typo and were referring to macaroni, but then I checked out Wiki:

Marconi may refer to:

Guglielmo Marconi (1874–1937), an Italian-born radio pioneer.
Marconi sailing club a sailing club in Essex, England
Marconi Stallions, a Sydney football club,
Marconi class submarine, an Italian class of submarine.
Corporations:

Marconi Company, founded by Guglielmo Marconi; absorbed in 1956 into English Electric, which in turn was purchased by GEC in 1968 and used as the focus of its defence businesses.
Marconi Electronic Systems or GEC-Marconi, defence arm of GEC, sold to British Aerospace in 1999 to form BAE Systems
Marconi plc, name adopted by GEC in 1999, now a part of Ericsson.
Alenia Marconi Systems, a former British-Italian defence electronics company, now split between the BAE Systems and Finmeccanica.
Matra Marconi Space, a former Franco-British aerospace company, now part of Astrium.

i think you'll find that marconi (plaural) are small blue fish. they live in the arctic ocean and are very difficult to catch. most people think that the radio-inventor chapwas called marconi but its not true. his name was mark onipalasophagus. greek by birth but brought up in poland by travelling gypsies. he applied for a patent but couldnt fit his whole surname on the application form.... nice chap apparently.
