Yes... and no. His humanitarian work over the past 6 years has been irreplacable. He has become one of the most influential and liked Americans in foreign countries such as China and the EU, areas that are contenting with the US for superpower status. He would be the best canidate for restoring the US's status with the rest of the world. However, I do not believe he'd win the election because most Americans consider foreign policy to be nothing more than who are we going to war with next. But if he does decide to run great. If not then he'll continue to do a great job with what he's doing right now.

Not no, but Hell NO! We would all be forced to buy carbon credits (from his company no less) and taxed into a third world country, since he and the rest of the world likes to place the blame on the US for global warming. I would like to see him get the democrat nomination, because he would be easy to defeat

I live in Canada, and if Gore was to run, I would honestly illegally immigrate to States, get a fake ID, just so I could vote for him.
Why?
Cause he's the best

Yes, I think he'd make a great President. He wouldn't alienate the rest of the world's leaders. He wouldn't get us into unnecessary, costly & unwinnable wars, he wouldn't install activist judges to the Supreme Court, and he would care about our environment, health care and keeping promises to retirees (pensions, social security, etc).
