The current bill will legalize 20 million or more illegal aliens - rewarding them for coming into the US illegally. In addition, they will be able to bring their family here - another 7 or more per illegal. That would be 140 million or more and currently our population is only about 300 million. What is the Senate thinking?

It will absolutely affect my vote which is why I am registered as an independent.

I see up close what the illegal immigrants do and don't do for our country. We need to make them go home and follow the law to come here.

We as Americans can't go to Australia or Canada or any other country without jumping through hoops if we want to hold a real job. Most of us wouldn't even consider doing it the way these people do and the resources that we would have at our disposal would take care of the "problem" of Americans not wanting those menial jobs.

You know what, the stats that are presented have nothing to do with anything that goes on here. They allow 20 million aliens, but there are still millions coming in, and you know what. I think Aliens bring culture, I think without aliens there would never been any aspirations to begin with. It's the Europeans and the Asians that brought economic growth to this freakin country. So please be open to allowing everyone to flow right into this country. It will only make it a happier place.
