Advantages;
1. This is the best catagory cos it's fun
2. We aren't all that serious which makes it a more free catagory
3. We are devoted entirely to the q&a side of things cos no one is gonna beat judas rabbi, so there is no need to play 4 points here! LOL
Disadvantages
1. We get a lot of people such as Rico, etc you get the point who ruin this for us
2. There are an increasing amount of people who ask for 100 answers or ask 'Star this question' which i personally don't really like
3. There are a lot of arguments here, most noticeably the argumant between P&S and R&S, just a thought
Anyways what do you all think of P&S? What are your views on the catagory as a whole?

If it starts before the child has a mind of their own to be disobedient, then the child will go to the parents for their important decisions first, instead of being manipulated by bad peers. Overstrict parents that are abusive are another story altogether. In such a case the advice of friends may help some, or perhaps a teacher etc. Usually a child gravitates to one parent because the other is too strict. Being a parent is no piece of cake. I'm sure of that. If you're a girl and your parents are restricting how late you are going to be out, what are they afraid of? Drugs, sexual influence, being accosted, etc. Those type of parents know it only takes ONE time for something bad to happen and it can ruin your entire life. Nevertheless, children have to grow up. Communication with parents is important. Having good trust with them helps the child make better decisions. Don't be so strict that your child won't confide in you because of fear of being punished. Trust and respect have to go together.

I LOVE this category it's my favorite. I think a lot of the people on the other categories take this too seriously. Not sure who Rico is but IM gonna find out

They're not considering scrapping the category - Yahoo answered his pathetic whiny "poor me" question and told him to be a man and report everyone at random.
They repeated this to all the other pathetic whiny losers who joined in his rant.

later, get it now, sorry I'm blonde polls and surveys. think this is a fun section, just like the jokes, takes you mind of anything serious which you might have answered earlier, I always finish on these sights to get my mind of some the more serious questions asked on other sections.

Isn't the whole point of P&S to have fun? If I wanted to get serious I would go to religion or politics. I don't know why the few have to ruin it for many.

and its not arguements its a forum type thing but with humour!

I agree, P&S is fun and i enjoy answering questions in this category but i think each category pretty much has the same disadvantages.

sounds like "anonymous user (loser?)" is just a wet blanket. if he/she/it doesn't like what goes on here, then don't come here. DUH? i could post lots of complaints about the R&S section, in that they are clique-y, you have to agree with the prevailing attitude or you get reported, etc. and i'm sure there are other categories like that. if people don't want to get into the spirit of P&S, then they shouldn't be on here.

OMG if they scrapped this category, i wouldn't use YA anymore. I really hope they don't.
