Ok this is weird i play pokemon diamand today and used max repel but pokemon still appears What the heck?

It depends on the first pokemon in your party and how strong it is compared to the area.
For example, if your pokemon in your party is lv 5 and you are running in an area around lv 25, they will still attack you
If you were to put a lv 50 pokemon in your first slot, and do the same, the repel will work.

Okay so if you use max repel and the first pokemon in you r party is level 20 for example, a pokemon under level 20 will not appear, but if you're in an area with stronger pokemon then if they're over level 20 they can still appear.

Repel items only repel wild pokemon lower than your lead pokemon's level.

If the wild pokemon is a higher level than the first pokemon in your party it will attack you

vibrant=better HP and Diffferent color darkish=attacks do better harm and different color MEtalic=U cant Get affected by a stat and different color Ghostly=U an Scare different pokemon and they cant pass for a at the same time as +different color usual=usual color and would reason stat topics

It's not guaranteed...and only lasts for 250(??) steps. Also, it's only supposed to keep away WEAK pokemon, and there's no guarantee for even that.
