and that's 2 spoons of sugar, 2 spoons of coffee mate, and 1 spoon of God Nescafe.

I take my coffee with about 4 spoonfuls of sugar...and on occasion, I'll add a splash of skim milk, too.

100% milk and only a special brand of instant coffee (nescafe gold blend) either hot or chilled without any additive only once or twice a day..
