All kidding aside, it is considered hazmat and like any body part that is considered as such it is disposed of by incineration.

It's medical waste, it's treated as any other biohazard. There are strict laws as to how it's contained, labeled, and stored until it can be disposed of, and then it's usually burned in an incinerator. There are procedures where fat is harvested and injected back into the very same patient, but there are usually leftovers that are biohazard.

it goes to a rendering plant and is converted to soap for a select group of vampire types to use for general hygiene thanks for asking.
