My female betta is ready to mate i can see her white tube. She has white lines going left to right. My male made his bubble nest. What to do next

You don't want the white lines running right to left - you want to see the ones that run up and down, like this: http://www.flippersandfins.net/Images/BettaMGFemale.JPG . That shows she's ready to mate. Hold off on putting her with the male until then.

If she's within sight of the male, she'll be developing th eggs since the ovipositor is already visible.
