I saw it at an arcade and I also read that you could register the car u drive with a pin #, which you have to input, but i dont know how to get or create one. plz help

Read at the following link about the Pin #. It should have said to enter your home phone number. (after you game is over) This would be your pin number on that machine so that when and if you return you can play the same car equiped as you had it.
