I am pretty sure that they are... I did experience it after I got 3 times more thumbs up than down, I came back 1 hour later and it was even... I guess there flocking around like birds...

Depends upon the time of day you place your post. You see, Bushies aka neocons aka republicans have things called Jobs, and are not at home during the day-so when they get on at night, they seem to overwhelm. However, during the day liberals (who it seems don't have jobs) run the boards.
