You can't shave em away, wash em away or try to pick em off. You must get a product like Rid from your local pharmacy. It is sold over the counter. Follow the directions.
Be an adult and let whoever has had sexual contact with you know that this has happened. An easy, non confrontational way would be to buy a bottle of the Rid for them and leave it on their doorstep!
(For your sake I hope this is just a curiousity, if not good luck with the extermination!)

The correct procedure is to shave one side, then set the other side on fire. When the crabs run into the clear, be ready to beat them with a baseball bat.

No, you have to get Rid or some kind of crab (or lice) treatment from the drug store, comb it through your hair, wash all linens, and don't go to bed with that person anymore.

Maybe but you still have to clean or replace any linens that have come in contact with them. Including any clothing.
