Did you mean to say "broadband"? Never heard of "broadbend". However, if you meant "broadband" - The term broadband commonly refers to high-speed Internet access. The broadband service is data transmission speeds exceeding 200 kilobits per second (Kbps), or 200,000 bits per second, in at least one direction: downstream (from the Internet to the user’s computer) or upstream (from the user’s computer to the Internet).

In a nutshell, it makes your surfing on the internet a lot faster than using dial-up service.

You mean bender board? It is a board that is used in landscaping. It is thin and can be bent to different shapes.
