I can't say that I like one better than the other.
Dogs are so loyal and trustworthy. Cats are fickle, funny, and amusing.
I love them all.
I know, I'm a little wimp when it comes to pets. But when you get a pet, you have to take on the responsibilities for caring for it.
P.S. I have two dogs and four cats.
One of my dogs got shot about two years ago (he was deaf but had so much personality to him, I learned sign language with him). I cried for two weeks to put it mildly. I still think about him and miss him.
They are all a part of the family in my estimation.
