I really want to look good in a bathing suit...I've been working out for two weeks...I don't want to slack but my body hurts..

never slack off! you'l lose the muscle u worked for and working out is like eating for me mmy motto is just one more

Hang the bathing suit you want to look great in where you can see it every day. That's your inspiration.
If you are sore, working the same muscles to a lighter degree will help work out some of the other soreness. Perhaps changing your workout routine for the sake of variety will help. Too, working out to music makes the time go faster.
You can reward your self with a hot soak in the tub afterwards.

i think that the best thing to do is to get a friend involved in exercising with you. And have them call you every morning afternoon and night to make sure that you are eating healthy. You should have one day that you can relax and pig out but not too too much.

you can take a break every other day because you really dont want to be too sore.
