I have noticed in my personal experince that if a White person says anything bad to a black person for example at a Job if the black person is screwin around and deserves to get fired the black person calls them racist, why does everyone have to be racist to some black people, in my personal experince their are more black racists then their are racists in any other race, Why does it seem this way, I noticed this when io was in highschool and when i graduated in december I noticed it even morem, with some black people if someone dont do what they want theyll call that person a racist.

I'm black and I see your point. Since racism is so deep into almost everything from food to clothing, blacks will try to use it to their advantage. Keep in mind that I am a black person, so I know what I'm saying. The referring of a black person to any person (usually a Caucasian person) as racist when they do not get their way is a lifeline because it gets them those points they need to keep that job they might be doing half-a@@edly or that million dollar settlement they want. For some reason many races, not just blacks want to use that saying to get anything they want, and they do get it because who wants to be embarrassed and called out as being racist, unless they are?

People like to play the race card in North America, not only black people (and I'm not saying all black people), but a lot of other immigrants do too (not all but some). I believe it's easier then then taking responsibility for their actions.
and unfortunately this is why there's still a lot of racism here today. When someone plays the race card it gets others "RILLED UP"
And I should add white people do the same thing in ethnic communities as well, so don't label me as a racist

To your question, its ignorant of that black person to play the race card right off the bat. With that said, i doubt the blacks you have met were actually racist, cautious maybe but not racist like the Aryan Nation or KKK. people forget that although slavery way so long ago, Jim Crow and the Civil rights movement was not that long ago, and black today still have to deal with people judging them. After 9/11, people from the middle east were on high alert because of discrimination.
Now im not saying that because of the past, it makes it ok for blacks to play the race card(I'm black and although Ive encountered racism, i don't play the card) I just want you to know where some of them maybe coming from. In my experience, Ive found that whites and blacks pay the card equally.

It's real easy to resort to the old "turn it around" when you are wrong. Like if a man is accused of cheating by his wife and he retorts with " why do you ask, are you cheating on me?"
Same thing. Plus I think alot of the problem is that black leaders who get the air play are of this mindset and it trickles down. Women in the work place can always use sexism and I've seen it happen.
Not that those claims aren't ever justified but deflection of blame is what is going on most of the time. You're just picking on me because I'm (insert group affiliation.)

I thiink there are just as many black racists as white racists. I think black people hold alot of grudges from slavery and cival rights days. I won't comment if its right or wrong. But what if there was a predominantly black company and the one of the only white people was fired. do you think the white person would blame it on racism?

No color owns a right to be racist. Every color, nationality and sex is a racist in their own way. Whether they know it or not they are. Even I am. Well I don't hate anyone. But I refuse to be talked down or belittled by someone who has no reason to hate me because of the color of my skin. It is stupid!
Now as far as using the race card, I don't do that. I do not make it a habit to cry racism when I don't get my way or someone does me wrong and they are white. I take care of it myself. Being a business woman..........I have learned to have tough skin and not back down for any reason. You don't get anywhere in life by being someones door mat. We all have spines and I think it is time to use them.

This happens because racism is a very serious issue, and it still occurs. Do some more surfing around Y!A nd you'll quickly become familiar with people like Cracker, White Master, and Robert Shelton.
Racist blacks exist, but so do racist whites, asians, etc.
