The current White House infestation proves that a President without Alzheimer's can actually be more delusional stupid disconnected and stubborn than a President with Alzheimer's.
BTW the Alzheimer's president, Daddy Bush gave Saddam the WMDs. (which is why Junior had Saddam executed before his Kurd/genocide trial) They didn't sell them.
The American taxpayer paid for them. Its called "foreign aid".
