After I stopped screaming, I'd say hi and see if we could get along. But what would I do if we didn't like each other???
That sounds like it would have made an interesting plot for the Twilight Zone. Two people who don't like each other inhabit the same body and both have to stay alive for the survival of the other...

I would be like: Ahh. A second head grew out of my neck. What ever shall I do. You can kind of imagine that in a sarcastic type voice, or a careless monotone voice.
