Wow, i feet sorry for you since your family has a bad history of heart attacks and stuff, as for the eating thing though, eat lots of your fruits, vegetables, meat, etc. Make sure and go by the food pyramid. You don't have to follow it exactly though. Also eat wheat products like bread, cakes, french toast, etc. You can do it pretty easily. Good luck!

Eat more veggies, don't use alot of salt. I eat salads and light dressing. no breads, no butter. I bake and broil all of my meats. take the skin off of your chicken before you cook it.No junk foods at all, like chips. Eat an apple or some kind of fruit when you think you need a snack to eat, this is what I do. I have lost 15 pounds for doing this, and if you can, try not to eat after 6 pm or 7 pm .

Ok, depending on your height - I do not believe that you would be considered "under" weight yet. It sometimes takes a young, active girl a few years to hit that 100lb mark. But - you've done the right thing in realizing that you need to change your eating habits....
I promise, it will not last forever! If you continue to eat loads of sugar & chocolate it will hurt you when you're older.
Good foods to eat - green beans, granola bars, fresh fruit, baked chicken, yogurt, egg white omeletes with green pepper & onions, raisins, etc...
Its more important for you to stay away from fast food, deep fried food, and food that is high in fat. You dont really need to count calories - just eat when you're hungry, till you're comfortably full (not stuffed!) - and be sure to pay more attention to the nutritional content of the labels the healthier the food the better!!

Eating a lot of fruits and vegetables is a good way to try and eat healthy.
As for the sweets such as chocolate I believe in moderation, meaning that it is ok to have one once in a while.

Eat foods from the food Pyramid!Dads not gonna quit smoking till he's ready! It's an addition. It isn't good for you to be breathing it in!Does he smoke in the house?If so try to ask him to go outside for your sake!If he's mean just avoid being in the room he's smoking in!Talk to a therapist or guidance counselor about your eating habits.

Well first of all you are way to skinny for a 14 year old.
I don't really think you should be eating so much sweets it makes you fat but makes you unhealthy.
I think you should it fruits and vegetable also rice and bread

If you are eating then you may just have a hugh metabolism rate. Enjoy your little weight why you can cause people die to try to be your size and yours come natural. If you want to gain weight try to eat alot of breads and pasta.

one thing is you need to gain like 25 pounds you are like under weight major. eat lots of meat. and veggies for meals and for snacks like cheese and crackers or fruits. or popcorn or jello.
