I've just read in the BBC news about someone who knocked a child down it Texas thankfully the little girl wasn't hurt badly, but the strange thing is the driver got out to See if she was OK and then the passenger got out and a mob of about 20 people attacked him and beat him to death. This is the passenger I'm talking about not the driver, didn't that happen to a taxi driver in CSI Vegas. It's just a tad extreme don't you think.?

Where I used to live about 20 years ago, was across from a play area the neighbours lad about four at the time just shot out in to the road, fortunately the young man about my age was driving sensibly, not the recommended 30mph, but 20, and couldn't avoid the lad, fortunately the outcome was several broken bones but the lad would be ok. THE MOTHER witnessed it all, even the Police praised the driver, the rumours that flew about, he was a yob, speeding drunk etc it ended with the Mother and two other witnesses defending the driver publically and in court, because 'good' born again christians kept the rumours going, and were baying unjustly for blood.

Rule of the MOB, dangerous

That is absolutely terrible, why on earth did they do that to a passenger for goodness sake, hope they catch the vile monsters and throw away the key, but yes your right it does seem like a scene from CSI.

i heard that too ppl are off the chain with there vigilante justice.I guess being that I'm from Texas in the Houston area people are pretty much tired of ppl driving drunk and killing innocent by standers and leaving them to die in the street. They have a issue with that all the time in Texas with ppl now a days hitting pedestrians that are walking or driving in a car they leave the scene of the crime.
