my children are learning to serf the web how do I keep them off certian sites?

Go to tools, internet options, privacy, sites.

On the sites page, there should be space for you to type in the site that you want to block.

make it a requirement to show proof of chores & homework performed prior to using the net.....that'll keep them off.

or you can just take all the cords with you when your not at home.
