You need to eat as healthy as possible.Just because your pregnant doesn't mean it is OK to pig out.Healthy veggies, fruits lean meats are best.If you like fat free milk the same go for it I drank 2 percent.

In my opinion, babysitting is AWESOME for a young person. You will get experience with young kids and will make some money for yourself. I did a lot of babysitting when I was you age and by the time I had kids I was totally prepared. Ok, not totally prepared LOL. I was prepared for changing diapers and making bottles and all those things but not for the stress of having a baby 24/7. It's great that you realize that 16 is too young to have a baby. Finding other alternatives is a great option. Ask you mom to put the word out if she has friends with young kids that you are looking for babysitting jobs, or if you have friends with baby brothers/sisters tell their parents you're interested in abbysitting. Have fun

Your baby needs healthy foods in order to be a healthy baby, not fatty foods. Whoever told you to eat fatty foods is crazy. Just eat enough nutritious calories (about 2300 a day in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters, 2000 in the first). You can drink whichever kind of milk you like, as long as it's pasteurized. I drink 2%.

The baby will only take what he NEEDS from you, you cannot give him the excess. The only one putting on more weight would be you. The most important thing about consuming milk is the calcium, so as long as you are getting enough, it shouldn't matter what kind of milk you drink.

You should eat healthily. Period.

There is not guarantee that if you eat alot the weight will go to the baby.... it could just go to your body!

A chubby baby is not necessarily a healthy baby!

So just eat healthy, and keep yourself in a healthy state.

I'd say that you ask your doctor first then ask answers. But it's OK to eat normally, low fat milk is OK. and some all purpose vitamins. Get all the rest you can then your baby will be fine..

I don't think that's true either. All my sister ate was fastfood and candy throughout her pregnancy and my nephew was a small baby.

I don't think that is true. I know someone who gained 65lbs but had a small thin baby.
