Umm...No. A lisp is a type of speech impediment. People are born with it and thus can't help it unless they get some sort of speech therapy.

of course not, it just means he has a speech impediment and when he talk the sounds are produced with air escaping over the sides of the tongue. Not a desire to have a romantic involvement with people of the same sex. think about it.
