First - you need to learn how to use the plural form of the verb 'to be'.
So - your question in more proper English is....
Is there another universe? Another Earth? Far in the galaxy are there more planets?
1. Yes - there are more planets in our galaxy. Existence of worlds around other stars has been determined by the 'wiggle' of stars due to the subtle influence of planetary bodies and in rare instances by visual changes in light pattern emitted from the star.
2. Is there another Earth? Probably not another Earth? That's like saying is there another Bob Ramachandran with social security number 12345678.
3. Is there another universe? Scientists speculate that we may live in a 'multiverse' meaning - there may in fact be an infinity of universes - in theory.
Keep studying science - and grammar!

There is only one Universe...it contains everything that is out there...everything.
There are thousands and thousands of other galaxies besides the Milky Way Galaxy which our Solar System is a part of.
There is only one Earth. However, there may be multiple earth like planets out there, orbiting around distant stars just like the Earth orbits around our star (the Sun). 239 planets have been discovered orbiting other stars so far in the search for an earth like object in distant space. Of those one planet appears to be very earthlike and 20 Light Years away. It is 4 to 5 times the size of Earth.
The Milky Way Galaxy contains more than 200 Billion stars.
Each one of those stars "could" have from 0 to 10 (or more) planets with their associated moons circling around it.
Beyond the Milky Way Galaxy there are thousands and thousands more galaxies and each one of them contains billions of stars which could have planets and moons circling around them just like our Solar System. So, the answer is yes, there are many, many more planets in other solar systems.

The astronomers are discovering new planets orbiting distant stars almost every day. Until now they could only detect big planets like our Jupiter, which are unlikely to support life, but recently they managed to spot a planet roughly the size and composition of the Earth.
Our solar system is not an exception. There must be countless systems and planets similar to our own out there.
Quite likely life has developed in many such planets. Statistically it is a certainty.

wait... by universe do you mean solar systems and galaxies... if so then yes... if you mean other dimensons other that our plane of reality, the answer is at best, probably...
there is no other planet known to sustain life, or at least what we determine life to be as humans, there is however speculation that life could be (on other planets) non carbon based, therefore not discovered by scientists...yet
and yes there are more planets, there is one in particular... in the andromeda system, which is the closest thing which has been discovered to earth (similar, because of the terrain, the mountains, rocks and what look like dried rivers... this system circles very close to the center of our milky way galaxy

There may be thousands of universes. In our own galaxy which is but a tiny part of the known universe there must be billions of other planets.

The is only one universe but there are many planets like earth.
They probably exist in the billions and many of them harbor intelligent, technological societies like us.

Who knows? I believe in more stuff out there and other life and definitely more planets and galaxies. I don't think theres anything quite like Earth though. We're pretty unique.

Well supposedly there is only 1 universe. But we would be arrogant to think that in all the universe we are the only life-bearing planet.
