Sounds like he has some repressed anger over something else to be screaming at a 10-week-old about peeing. I have to admit I've done that sort of thing myself be grateful he is only yelling and not doing anything else. From my own personal experience, telling your husband that his approach to parenting or reaction to a certain situation is wrong is not helpful. It only makes him retreat and become more upset. At least that's how it is with my husband. Maybe next time he goes to change a diaper, be extra helpful and hand him the wipes, the diaper, *and* the changing pad *before* he starts to take the old diaper off. And during some down-time, a time when neither of you has been upset for any reason, maybe bring up to him how you are concerned that he sometimes over-reacts to certain situations and if there's anything else that's bothering him. Men can sometimes be resentful of new babies because they take up so much of their wife's time and energy.

There is a gal who lives a few miles from me that hit her hubby over the head with a cast iron skillet in front of my son who was dating thier daughter. He came home that evening and said, "Mom I'm sure glad that you like Dad."

I do not know about other woman, but my aunt hit her husband over the head with an iron skillet, and super glued his huha to his belly button. He beat her, and she knocked him out to leave.

My ex once cracked me over the head as hard as she could with a full bottle of wine. Thank goodness for my Neanderthal genes. Yes, monthly hormone drama was involved.

In the old days? Did you say, "the old days?" Ouch!! My wife cracked me in the skull with one just this morning -- what are you talking about? Gosh dang, jim dingle, what a god-forsaken bunch of importunate women! Now I'm gonna have to tell her, "Not tonight, sweetie. My head hurts!"

Yes that is one thing angry women did and they also would throw frozen roast at them or hit them with a ham or roast beef and in one more serious case I heard about, the women threw hot grease from the fry pan at her man.

Some still do, but now it's called spousal abuse. Try putting a dog shocking collar on them when they're passed out, like a girlfriend of mine did! lol

Yes they did. Because of abuse that was constant. I had a distant family member that assured a car falling on her husbands head while he was working on it. That was years ago and no one could prove that she was any part of it. She showed no remorse.
