Hi, i'm 21 and i have a sex problem. My problem is that i cant get off quick enough. I dont think it has anything to do with my girlfriend considering she is very attractive and is very active in bed (in a damn good way) I take charge also, but it doesn't seem to make much of a difference who's on top. With few exceptions I take a minimum of about 25 min to get off. It has taken over an hour before also (think god I'm young). Does anybody have any ideas on how to help me get off quicker with my girl??

25 thats quick! my love takes at least 45 minutes. its awesome sex tho. dont look at it as being a bad thing. Use lube if she starts to dry out if thats not an option masterbate before you guys have sex. if thats not an option just do it every morning when you know shes comming over. then maybe having already come once you will be a lot faster the second time around.

You need to increase the sensitivity of your penis. Go online and get yourself a penis health creme that contains the amino acid, acetyl L carnitine. why would you want to shorten it? most women want a man who can hold out longer than they can. be thankful ur not a one-minute man or you wouldn't have a gf.
i think 25 isn't long enough to be honest. at least an hour is perfect. enough time for fore play and different positions.

Wow most guys want the exact opposite.
Have you tried lube? That usually helps things along.
And I Know you are a guy and all but, you may want to try a vibrator. Not "in there" (if you don't want to, but some very sexually open hetero guys really enjoy it) but you know here and there and everywhere, its worth a shot.

Why would you want to do that! She must be boring or better yet you must be boring to want to finish faster. That's being selfish. Try an hour and c LI M and then go for round two. You should tend to your ladies needs then tend to yours. And if it take you long then your doing something wrong

You might be gay. Try having sex with a man and see if you get off quicker. My problem is with your GF, I get off to fast and she gets frustrated until I am ready for round 2. Don't worry I always make sure is satisfied after you leave.

If U and your gf want to shorten it, one thing can help - ask gf to touch your penis during U are working inside her. I think not to put her fingers inside her body, but touch your penis in the place it is out of her all time. SRY for my english, I hope U understand...
