Work from the inside out. For example, for #18, h(f(-2)), first figure out f(-2), then figure out h() of that result.

18) ===============
h(f(-2)) =
h(11*-2) =
h(-22)

h(-22) =
2(-22 - 4) =
2 * -26 =
-52

20) ===============
g(h(4)) =
g(2(4-4)) =
g(0)

g(0) =
0^2 - 5 =
-5

22) ===============
f(h(5)) =
f(2*(5-4)) =
f(2)

f(2) =
11*2 =
22
