Yes, my heart is beat up. Lots of bad things, working on fixing it. It's a long and hard road sometimes.

It used to be until I changed my life, let go, moved to Hawaii, and opened up my heart again. Now my heart and soul are happy. I refuse to dwell on the negative things that have happened to me in my life, seeing a loved one die before me, loosing both parents, one to cancer, having to put my dog down after being with him everyday for 14 years, being alone, for almost 2 years, with no one to talk too, no one to kiss and hug, yeah, my heart had been broken ,almost to the point of suicide, but I rose above my self pity, and kept going until I reached my goal of happiness.

well i think everyone in the world gets a beat up heart in there life time at least once for sure i know mine has i give a lot with not much in return so how about you is your heart beat up?
