Sorry, you can't. And for some good reasons to.
First of all, gameboy color games don't fit into the DS, only Gameboy Advance.
For those who remember the pain of trading pokemon from their silver/gold/crystal versions to their blue/red/yellow versions, this would be a WHOLE lot worse. Because it was a pain, you couldn't have the pokemon hold anything, have moves that were new, or have a new pokemon all together in the party which you would trade with. If somehow we could make the color games work with the DS games, it would glitch! And both games would lose all the data or worse, break.

The changes from 2nd Generation to 3rd Generation were just a bit too much. Natures, new way for genders to be determined, an overhaul to how pokemon gained stats, and a change to the newer Game Boy Advance resulted in a problem when transferring Pokemon. It was just to many changes for Nintendo and Game Freak to fill in the gaps, with Generation 1 to Generation 2, the changes were rather small compared to Generation 2 to Generation 3.
