how can a child look up to you when he/she is taller than you??

Thy look up to you, not in size but in the wisdom and good ways in which you act. I guess, its more the respect that should make children look up to you,rather than actual size, but hey ... stand on a chair if you have to! hehe

They can't physically look up to you, but they can admire the good example you set for them, and appreciate the fact you have their best interest at heart.

Stick their feet to the ceiling so that their head is closer to the floor than your own...
Then they will always look up to you...
Though I'm sure on their level it's actually down...

IT has nothing to do with height. It is all in your actions and how one carries themselves. Being a role model makes kids look up to you.

LOL I teach KS4 and I'm 5 foot tall...they're all bigger than me, but they still look up to me (mostly)!
