The good sister has blocked me for answering ONE of her questions and I stopped answering RLP for all of the violations I got from answering her questions and now Sister Aimee sounds just like Ruth and RLP, are they the same person in your opinion. I don't like slamming people personally but I also won't be cowled into biting my tongue. I have said before, I think Ruth and RLP are two of the biggest offenders on the republican side of politics. What say you for those who have been here for a while?

Very good ethical question.
Are you fighting for free speech or the right to abuse another user.
Because that is where the line is drawn for me. And also, in the US.
Wisdomwhatever: Ruth manages the following accounts, for members of her family who have knowledge (except for my brother in Germany, but he would love it): Shrink. Jez. And a few more. Check them out and make your judgment from that. Those of you who are not ethically opposed to wisdom.
ADDED: And those of you who think that RLP is me obviously cannot read. RLP is my friend. Because I get to pick my friends. And she is delightful. Why are we all judging individuals we have never met? So much goes into communication besides words.

It is sadly a fine line between diplomacy and political correctness. In most cases if a person asks you a question or opinion and then takes offense at your answer they didn't want your response to begin with. Don't be too upset with the blocking. You will find that the people that spout political correctness, honesty and open mindedness will be the first ones to cut you off if you do not agree with them.
Keep your diplomacy. Try not to be insulting but tell it like you see it.
It is very sad and scary that we have allowed our government to tell us what to say, when and where to say it and to whom. Knocks the stuffing out of freedom of speech.

I think Ruth is Sister Aimee, RLP is Aunt Acid, and who knows who else they are? They are the epitome of Republicans gone over the edge of reason. I feel sorry for them, actually. I do have to say that one time I answered one of RLP's questions with a very flippant, sarcastic answer that could have resulted in a violation, she did not report me. I give her a tiny bit of credit for that.

They are not the same people. Ruth has a much broader horizon than RLP. Ruth is open to discuss with reason her opinions. RLP sees every written on stone tablets and will not discuss issues with people who think other than she does.
I have found a lot of common groud with Ruth and very little with RLP. Neither one, however, has ever blocked or reported me for abuse.

Sister Aimee is a clone of my daughter. The picture was stolen from my 360 page where I was talking about her graduation from college. It is VERY sad that people use other people's CHILDREN against them on here. I don't know who it is but I am working on finding out.

Ruth is my great friend. We have a lot of the same opinions but she is much more eloquent than I am and she sure knows her stuff about the law. I really respect her and enjoy talking to her each day. We are not the same person but if you think we are...I am VERY flattered!
Ruth and I do not stalk or harass people. I am nice but I have strong opinions that I am NOT sorry for having.
As for multiple profiles. I make NO SECRET that Aunt Acid has the same address as me. There ARE 5 people in my house. I also have an original RLP account that I don't use because it has my family calendar attached. BUT - if I forget when I'm on and ask or answer a question...it's Miss Useftime. Say HI if you see me. I HONESTLY do not have 10 accounts -- I lead a busy happy life.
Let's remember that this site is for entertainment, enjoyment, and to share what we know. Not for ridiculing and harassing. I for one would like it if we all agreed to disagree a little more respectfully!

After thinking about this a bit - and looking at all of the responses and profiles - I'll stick up for ruth.
I don't like her views and methods but she has always been basically ethical with me in our go rounds - and we've had some good ones. I would hope she gives me the same courtesy but if she doesn't it's ok.
I do agree with jgf and ruth that sister aimee is a troll - and a sick one at that. Posting pictures of someones kids is inexcusable.
RLP I can't say really in fairness - She does seem very similar to AA and they both seem to appear in linear sequence quite often. Beyond that I won't speculate.

I ,most certainly not agree.RLP and Ruth are not abusers in my opinion.
We couldn't be further apart politically but I have gotten to know them as decent people.They don't do insults threats or deceiving when you mail with them like some other conservatives here unfortunately.
I'd really like to know why you think this,what makes you feel like this?
Again politically couldn't be further apart but those two people are decent human beings

I think you're right on your call and also notice how the run to the block button when the heat gets turned up, as long as they get slobbering approval they think you're great but give them a genuine intellectual challange and they show themselves to be the children they are
