I mean how could anyone like this guy. How could anyone defend a guy who cheats on his wife and has raped a woman. I mean he is just plain evil. He is also a ballhog and has teared apart one of hoops greatest organizations. He has done nothing without Shaq and should not even be aloud to hold Mjs jockstrap. The Lakers stood by him through a rape trial and even traded away a great player to keep him happy. They stood by him he should stand by them. But no he has to go and blast them on some losers cameraphone. What a classless jerk. Kobe fans how can you defend this guy? Are you some amazed by basketball skills that you can look past the cheating, raping and blasting of his teamates. If you are then you are sick and evil!!!!

I'll answer in the order received... somewhat, very, and not necessarily.
A legion of weakvisioned folks who overlook things like Team Cancer and crap team performance after he (yes Kobe) got Shaq out of there by threatening to leave if Shaq remained. Don't buy the public line...that's what Kryant's fans do, the line being that Buss decided independent of Baby Kryant. Buss decided when Kryant forced him to choose which one to keep. Any belief that it was an independent decision by Buss is naive. The story is called DAMAGE CONTROL. Buss has to take the rap because Kryant would be vilified if the truth were nkown, and ticket sales (revenue) would plummet.
I don't care one way or the other on the rape allegations (which I believe true) or any other of the womaniizng crap.
Watch his whiney legion thumbsdown the hell out of my answer as well as those who aren't Kryant's babies!

I'm offended by this question, its all you haters who are immature and jealous, Kobe is the best player in the league, why jump on him for his personnal life, that has nothing to do with you, he is the most talented player in the NBA, so you haters , as haters do will try to bring up everything you can to put him down.

Of course L.A. fans will root for him, he's all they've got. As long as he plays for the Lakers, he will be embraced by Los Angeles. I wouldn't call it immature or stupid, and I certainly wouldn't call it "evil", that just sounds like a weird reference to how fans embrace a player, but it will remain that way for as long as Kobe dons the purple and gold.

First of all 80% of married people cheat on their spouses. 2nd he didnt raped that whore he just took her to school in the bedroom.
