Pikachu. I am a fan of Pokemon. Besides, what can Chuck E. Cheese do? All he can do is give people tickets. Pikachu can make electricity, fight, ect.

Pikachu could give free power to the city (better than ConEd), but Chuck speaks english so we'd actually know what the hell he was saying. Plus there would be ball pits throughout the city, but watch out for the homeless hiding in em!
