There's been rumors swarming around of a remake for such a long time that I'm not sure if the link is true =P. They were wrong about twilight being made to an anime so yeah. But if there is one made...it would depend on who they cast and how well they make it. I really think there's potential for it to be sucessful, but again, it depends on how well it's made. So we'll see. At the moment, I'm not very hopeful. I have a nagging feeling, like everyone says, zac efron will be cast as Light, so the rabid fan girls will go see it and it'll do okay for a few weekends, but then flop. Who knows though? Maybe they'll cast someone completely unknown and they turn out to be an awesome light. I wonder who's gonna play L though...
