That would be a task to find one, but it's possible. Most prom dresses show some sort of skin. I would just keep looking. Try JCPenney, Maurices, Vanity, Kohl's, etc. You're bound to find one sooner or later. I don't know if you're insecure about your looks or maybe you have a skin condition but just remember: prom is about having fun. You will look back one day and realize how silly it is to fret the small stuff. Have fun!

i understand u might issues of urself.
but don't panic
u can go for any prom dress of ur choice as long as it is long in length. then u can wear a shrug/bolero jacket (they r hot rt now) and for the low neckline u can go for a nice camisole or tube that matches ur dress. Layers is the name of the game this season . hope this helps u.

because of the time of year most prom dresses are strapless and sleeveless. Maybe you could wear a wrap like the one in the picture below.

gosh i was going to say ewindsor.com but i went there and they are all strapless or spagetti straps. i went to nordstroms and the same thing. there are a couple with like bell sleeves but then they are short dresses. i went to jessica mcclintocks site and they all look like barbie outfits lol. good luck! sorry!
