If it's bleeding, she needs to go to a doctor and get some medication. Those can get infected really easy. How old is the sunburn? If it's more than a few days, and she can't go to the doctor, she needs some burn cream that also has antibacterial ointment in it.

She has at LEAST a second degree burn. Perhaps slight third degree. First, make sure she drinks LOTS of liquids - really - a lot. She should take a cool shower and "debreed" herself. This is what's done in burn centers: she removes the dead skin carefully, gently to expose the under skin. Mositen the exposed skin with a VERY light coat of antibiotic. If you must use cream, avoid scented creams. She then should go to a hospital, doctor or ER. The exposed skin is VERY susceptible to infection!!! If the condition exists over 35% of her body or mnore, make her drink fluids every minute, and get her to a medical place quickly.

I would take her to the DR. as she can get an infection, because she has such a severe burn. Normally, you can use Aloe Vera, and that takes the sting away, but seeing she is bleeding a little, it is time for the doc........

She should see a doctor, honey, since there's blood under the peel. This sounds like a serious degree burn.
