i saw it a long time ago, maybe early 90's...
there was kinda a gang of rollerbladers ("bladers" i think they called themselves) in it and they would blade in "formation" and unison, often in parking garages or something. they were all really good, did tricks & jumps, and were fast. also they were always in conflict with another group--i think both the cops and maybe skateboarders?. it seems like they all wore the same black trenchcoat...
