h(f(x)) = 2(11x-4) = 22x-8; h(f(-2)) = 22(-2)-8 = -52
g(h(x)) = (2(x-4))^2-5 = 2x^2-16x +32-5 = 2x^2-16x +27
g(h(4)) = 2*4^2 -16*4 +27 = 32-64+27= -5
f(h(x)) = 11*2(x-4) =22x -88; f(h(5)) = 110-88 = 22
