My data indicates the Siemens 410 Ethernet Modem does not have a wireless capability.
You need to procure a wireless router and configure it on your network if you wish to communicate via wireless protocol and then configure it.
When you configure the LAN side, you will then enable the wireless and create the encryption, preshare key, and other security modes. Carefully record what you did and match this on the network devices you wish to link to it.

as far as i can see its doesnt have wireless. so you will have to go buy a wireless access point or router at bestbuy prob the best place. they can help you install
